Products and Availability
SERAI Beauty offers authentic skincare and haircare products. We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, ingredients, pricing, and images accurately; however, we do not guarantee that all information is complete, current, or error-free. Colors and packaging may appear differently depending on your device or may change from time to time.
Product availability is not guaranteed. We may modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without prior notice.
Pricing, Taxes, and Payment
All prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales taxes and other required charges are calculated and displayed at checkout, where applicable.
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, including card payments processed through WooPayments and Stripe, and direct bank transfer where available. You authorize us and our payment providers to charge the amount due for your order.
Order Acceptance and Cancellation
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase, not an acceptance of that offer. We reserve the right to accept, refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including because of product availability, pricing or product-description errors, suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or inaccurate account, billing, shipping, or payment information.
If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund for the canceled amount using the original payment method when applicable.
Shipping
We currently ship only within the United States. Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided with your order, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of skincare and haircare products, we do not accept returns or exchanges of opened or used items. If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or remains unopened and unused, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at seraiofficial@yahoo.com. If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund, as applicable.
